Before he started working on "The Secret Life of the American Teenager," Allen had a recurring part on "Zoey 101" and made appearances on "Once and Again" and "Alias." On the big screen, Allen's been in "Mozart and the Whale" opposite Josh Hartnett. He's also done commercials for AOL, Time Warner, and Domino's Pizza. When he's not acting, Allen likes to sing and play the guitar.

Henry is one of Ben's two best friends, and Ben's lucky to have him.
