What Thai Iced Tea?
That iced tea is a drink from Thailand that is made from strongly-brewed black tea ("red tea" in East Asia). This tea is sweetened with sugar and condensed milk and served with ice.
Why the fanlisting?
In the summer of 2005 my mom threw a bbq party at our house in California. She invited the next door neighbors who were Thailanese. The wife/mother brought over some Thai iced tea. I tried some and fell in love with it. One day I was at an Asian Supermarket and saw some Thai tea powder in plastic jars and bought some. I made some and cooled it down and made iced tea out of it. Now I drink it all the time. In the winter I prefer drinking hot thai tea but I still love thai iced tea, which I drink all year long. I also like Boba Thai iced tea. This is Thai iced tea with tapioca balls/pearls. Since this is one of my favorite thing to drink I decided to create a fanlisting for it since there wasn't one for it.
