What is a fanlisting?
A fanlisting is a place for all the fans of a particular topic to come together and build the biggest listing of people all around the world who are fans of that subject. ~ TFL

What is Tekka Maki (Tuna Roll)?
Tekka Maki is rolled sushi with centers consisting of red tuna meat. The tuna is wrapped with sushi rice and then wrapped with seaweed. Tekka Maki got its name from the gambling casinos known as Tekka-Jo, where rolled sushi was served because it was easy to eat while gambling. Tekka Maki are high in protein and iron, and the seaweed used to wrap the tuna is also high in vitamins and minerals.

Why the fanlisting?
When my mom was pregnant with me she was always craving Japanese food. Ever since I could eat Japanese food I was in love with Japanese food. Japanese food became my favorite thing to eat. I love all kinds of Japanese food but my absolute favorite is Tekka Maki. I aways order this when I go to a Japanese restaurant. I can't go eat Japanese without ordering this. One day I noticed that there wasn't a fanlisting for Tekka Maki so I created it.
